Setup Guide
The single most important thing to get right with any 4-in-1 charger is the wall adapter. Here is the short version, then the details.
The short answer
Use a QC 3.0 (18W+) or USB-C PD 20W wall adapter. That unlocks the full 15W and charges all four devices at once. A 5W iPhone plug works, but slowly and not all at the same time.
18W+ QC 3.0 / 20W PD
Standard 5W plug
Use a QC 3.0 (18W or higher) or a USB-C PD 20W wall adapter. This delivers the full 15W of wireless power and lets the station charge all four devices at the same time. The adapter is not included in the box because most people already own one from a phone or tablet.
No. The box includes the charging station, the detachable headphone stand, the magnetic Apple Watch module, a USB-A to USB-C power cable, and a USB-C to Lightning output cable — but not the wall plug. You supply your own QC 3.0 (18W+) or PD 20W adapter.
You can, but it is not recommended. A 5W adapter will charge your devices slowly and cannot power all four zones at once. For fast 15W charging and true 4-in-1 simultaneous charging, use an 18W+ QC 3.0 or 20W PD adapter.
Attach the headphone stand pole to the base (it clicks in magnetically), snap on the magnetic Apple Watch module, connect the USB-A to USB-C cable from the base input to your wall adapter, then plug in. Place your phone on the main pad, AirPods on the small pad, your watch on the module, and hang your headphones on top.
Check three things: the wall adapter is 18W+ (a weak adapter starves the pads), the device is centered on the correct zone, and thick or metal cases are removed. The dedicated USB-C output port on the back is available for headphones or any device that does not charge wirelessly.
